5th Stammtisch Event on May 12
On May 12, our fifth Stammtisch event takes place.
This time we bring Emmental and morel mushrooms to the table.
From a small cheese dairy in Schangnau, we’ve brought special morel cheese. Around this cheese, we serve a delightful three-course menu – accompanied by stories from the cheese dairy and naturally with the morel mushroom as the highlight of the evening.
